Dear iProps members,

To celebrate our second anniversary we would like to thank you for your contribution in making iPROPS a success.

As of 2008 iPROPS will become a subscription based service. We have been hosting the iPROPS service for free since 2005. During this time we have experienced an unprecedented increase in traffic to the site.







During 2007 we have welcomed 3119 new users to iPROPS. And these users accounted for most of the 272 660 hits during the year.

We will be upgrading the website over the next couple of months and by March 2008 we will only be operating on a subscription basis


All non registered users will still be able to use the site to search for props – but will be unable to upload props to the website and unable to view the prop owner information without registration.


The basic rate structure for 2008 will be :

• A basic subscription fee of R100 per month for all users of iPROPS.

• Users that wish to upload props to iPROPS will be charged R 1 per prop.

• Users that wish to search and view the OWNER information of a prop, will be charged R 1.


We would like to make use of this opportunity to request that all members please log on and make sure all your company information is up to date and complete.
